Shipping & Delivery
Items typically ship by next business day, however arrival time is not guaranteed. If you want a guaranteed arrival time, you may want to purchase an upgraded shipping option. We do not process orders on Saturday/Sunday, so orders placed on Friday will ship the following week.
Shipping rates are subject to change and currently offered to our customers on a discounted basis.
Route Shipping Protection
To track your order using Route Shipping Protection, please install the app.
Route offers a package tracking app as a free service, and it isn’t required to track your package!
If you do not wish to download the app, the easiest way to track your package is to wait until the we have fulfilled and shipped your order. Once this happens, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Often, a package tracking link is also included within that email. Otherwise, you can manually copy the tracking number, open up the shipping carrier's tracking website, and type it in to view your shipping updates.

All orders within the Continental US (excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Palau, Northern Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Guam, Micronesia, American Samoa, & Alaska). Domestic Orders ship using the most cost efficient shipping rate, unless you select another option at checkout.

Orders are shipped via the time frame selected when the order was placed. Please note that all shipping times are in business days. We ship via UPS/ FedEx/USPS and currently offer 3 shipping methods for ALL orders: Ground Shipping to the Continental US, 2nd-Day Air and Next Day Air.
International orders must clear import/export regulations which could add to the shipping time of an order. All duties and taxes and brokerage fees shall be borne the purchaser. All international shipping rates are those rates provided by UPS/FedEx to our customers.
